In 2019, she had the honor of serving as the Adams County Fair Queen, representing her home county at various events and rodeos across the state of Colorado. When the kids are asleep, she is working on her certification for Equine Therapeutic Massage Therapy in order to help our equine athletes feel their best. Racheal is the proud owner of two American Paint horses and enjoys riding, showing, and embracing the Western way of life. She is passionate about preserving and promoting this lifestyle and is excited to be a part of the Arapahoe Rodeo Royalty Association to continue bringing up the next generation of agricultural and Western ambassadors.
Treasurer
Dan Liberatore
Dan had a career in engineering management in the telecom industry for 31 years. Shortly after moving to Denver in 2003, he became a small business owner, partnering with his sons. Dan developed a passion for Colorado and the Western Lifestyle. When his daughters became involved with horses, he discovered how many different ways being around horses fostered responsibility and personal growth in young people. When he and his daughters discovered that there were limited opportunities for the young ladies of Arapahoe County to participate in the Rodeo Royalty program, they sought out and found partners to create ARRA. He now spends as much time as he can trying to give a little back to the animals that have given so much to humans. He also enjoys the great outdoors hiking, camping and running.
